Yes, if the assignment is still open. The due date is the deadline for on-time work; it does not automatically end your access. However, your instructor may set a secondary cutoff date to end assignment access; this may be on or after the due date.
Working after the due date
You can continue the assigned lessons, assessments, or scanning tasks while the assignment remains open. Work you complete after the due date is marked late in your assignment report. Your instructor may set a later cutoff for late work or leave the assignment open without a date-based cutoff.
When you can no longer work
When access ends, you can still open the assignment outline and view your report, but you cannot complete more assigned work. See Why does my assignment say “Access Ended”? for more details.
