I finished a SonoSim course but it's still marked as 'In Progress.' Why isn't my course complete?

To successfully mark a course as 'Complete' and receive your credit, you must ensure both of these conditions are met:

  1. View All Content: Every single course page, including the initial Getting Started and Disclosure to Learners sections, must be viewed for a minimum of 5 seconds.

  2. Pass the Mastery Test: You must achieve a score of 75% or higher on the final Mastery Test.

    If your SonoSim course is stuck on 'In Progress,' it is because you have not yet met one or both of the two mandatory completion requirements.

You’ll know a course is completed when the button in the Course Library switches from 'Resume' to 'Review Course.'

If you believe you’ve completed the above criteria but the course is still marked In Progress, it’s likely that one or more pages weren’t viewed for the full time. To check, look for solid blue squares in the left sidebar; each lesson that has been fully viewed will have a solid blue square next to each title.

When you find the lesson with either a half-filled blue square or an empty square next to a page title, click the title. When you view the page for 5 seconds, the square will turn solid blue. Please revisit any page without a solid blue square.

Taking the Course Survey after the Mastery Test is optional and not a requirement to complete the course. The Course Survey will unlock and be available for completion after all screens within the course have been viewed and the Mastery Test has been completed.
