If you clicked ‘Start Knowledge Check’ and the button just spins without ever loading the first question, this is usually caused by using an outdated browser. Here’s how to fix it:
Check for Browser Updates
Make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Outdated browsers may not be able to load course activities correctly.
-
If you’re on Safari, please read the note below.
-
If you’re on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or another browser, update it to the latest version.
-
If you’re not sure how, check your browser’s help or support page.
-
A Note for Safari Users
Safari updates are tied to your macOS version. This means that if your Safari browser is outdated, you may need to update your Mac operating system in order to get the latest Safari version.
If you’d prefer to not update your Mac operating system at this time, we recommend switching to another browser, such as Google Chrome.
💡 Not sure if your macOS version is too old? Check our System Requirements.
Still Stuck?
