If you're seeing the error message “Data initialization could not be completed,” it's likely because you're trying to install the SonoSim software using a flash drive that contains an outdated version.
To resolve this, don’t use the flash drive to install the software. Even if your SonoSim system came with a flash drive, it’s no longer needed during installation. Instead, you should download the latest version of the software directly from My SonoSim Dashboard, under the Scan tab.
