My SonoSim account has been deactivated. How do I reactivate my account?

Admins looking for instructions on how to reactivate users in your group: please read this article.

Your account can only be reactivated by your instructor or program administrator. You will not be able to reactivate your account on your own.

Please contact your instructor or program administrator and ask them to reactivate your account.

If you are unsure who to contact at your institution, please reach out to SonoSim Support. We can help direct you to the appropriate group administrator for your institution.
