If you see the message “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts” when trying to log in, it means you entered the wrong password too many times in a row. For security reasons, your account is temporarily blocked.
You can quickly unblock your account by resetting your password.
Steps to unblock your account

On the login page, click Forgot password?

Enter your email address and click “Continue.”

Check your inbox for the password reset link. (If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.)

Create a new password.

Return to the login page and sign in with your new password. Your account is now unblocked!
