Why are some CaseBuilder cases missing within SonoSim LiveScan?
When CaseBuilder authors are logged into SonoSim LiveScan, they can only see their own cases.
To see all cases from multiple authors, you will need to click ‘Enter as a Guest.’
Guest users can see ALL CaseBuilder cases for that group.
SonoSim LiveScan license is required to access the CaseBuilder feature. SonoSim LiveScan is only included in certain licenses.
